Al-Furqan (“the App”) is developed and published by Fusionwave Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We are committed to protecting your privacy in line with Google Play's Data Safety requirements.
Your tracker and preferences stay on your device. Network requests (Quran text, hadith, tafsir, prayer data) use encrypted HTTPS connections. You can clear all local data at any time by clearing app data or uninstalling the App.
We may use trusted APIs (for example, open Quran/hadith datasets and prayer-time calculation libraries). These providers process requests to return content; they do not receive your personal identity. No third-party advertising SDKs are included.
The App is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).
We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Al-Furqan mobile application operated by Fusionwave Private Limited. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App's design, code, branding (“Al-Furqan”, the logo) and original UI are owned by Fusionwave Private Limited. Quran text and classical tafsir/hadith sources remain the public property of their respective publishers and are attributed accordingly.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fusionwave Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the App.
Al-Furqan is offered free of charge. If optional paid features are added in the future, pricing and refund terms will be presented at the time of purchase and these Terms will be updated accordingly.
We may release updates to improve features, security, or compliance. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. Updates may be required to continue using the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the App. You may uninstall the App at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
